Orange Culture presents Quirks Invasion

13:15

Not long ago i wrote a post about Orange Culture by Adebayo Oke-lawal and how I have loved his collections from when he started off and you can check that post here : http://arthurmburuymailcom.blogspot.com/2012/11/2012-mtn-lagos-fashion-design-week.html . The lookbook for his new collection Quirks Invasion is finally out and here is more details about it.

Shot by amazingly talented 17 year old Temi Adebayo, the Collection is built on the life of a quirky artistic young African traveler who makes every holiday experience a style invasion. He takes us through his holiday with clothes that portray a sense of his background without being too much of a cliché. His African history mixed with his well travelled background inspire the quirky looks that take him from a fun hot summer’s day in palm springs to a cold fashionable summer night on a yacht heading to another one of his many invasions.
The Collection also includes the boots, sandals and bags for which orange culture partnered with leatherwear designer Haus of Hercules to produce. The sandals are made of premium ostrich and crocodile skin and the bags are internally lined in 100 % batik.

The Orange Culture is definitely for a person who is fun loving, filled with life, a colorful disposition, rocking pieces suited to different fashionable experiences.
This collection was presented at MTN LFDW 2012 and will be sold at Le Petite MARCHE January 2013.
